Nestled in the country side of Perry County, this Southern Farm boasts  700 acres which include a 1890's Farm House with sleeping accommodations for up to 11 people.  Adjacent to the Farm house is a beautiful Red Barn perfect for 

weddings, receptions and rehearsal dinners.  There are multiple lakes on the property, each with their own pier.  The lake closest

to the farm house has a covered pier with electricity.

1 Day Rental                                                                                     $1800.00

    Arrival 10 a.m. - Departure 10 p.m.  All clean-up must be completed and all guests evacuated by departure time.  Additional hours are available @$400.00/hour.

3 Day Rental                                                                         $3000.00

    Arrival 10 a.m. on Friday  - Departure 1 p.m. on Sunday.   All clean-up must be completed and all guests evacuated by departure time.  Additional hours are available @$400.00/hour.

There is a $500.00 security deposit that will be refunded upon inspection of the property after checkout, however it is nonrefundable in the event you cancel your event or an Act of God causes a cancellation.  50% of your rental will be due 3 months prior to your event.  The balance will be due 1 month prior to your event.  We will not “save your date” until your security deposit is paid and a contract has been signed.
